Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
• 2+ years experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field.
• 1+ year direct supervisory/leadership experience.
• MS Office proficiency required; advanced.
• Logistics industry knowledge advanced.
• Knowledge of local and Federal regulations advanced.
• Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Components intermediate.
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production advanced.

Responsibilities

• Customer service satisfaction and expectation management.
• Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling.
