Job summary

Qualifications

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet company standards and customer specs.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities to ensure optimal shift performance.
• Drive KPI progress and collaborate with customers across all operational aspects.
• Provide coaching and development to staff and lead performance evaluations.

• Maintain positive labor relations and adhere to safety policies.]
