Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred.
• Two or more years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field required.
• One or more years of direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office is required.
• Logistics industry knowledge required.
• Knowledge of local and federal regulations related to customers/companies.
• Fundamental knowledge of supply chain components.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production.

Responsibilities

• Customer service satisfaction and expectation management.
• Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non‑exempt employees.
• Manage day‑to‑day planning and scheduling.
