Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field.
• At least 1 year of direct supervisory/leadership experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required.
• Advanced logistics industry knowledge.
• Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations.
• Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components.
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production.

Responsibilities

• Customer service satisfaction and expectation management.
• Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling.
