Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred; supervisory/leadership experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet standards and customer specs.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate staff to ensure optimal shift performance.
• Monitor KPI progress and collaborate with customers on operations.
• Provide coaching and progression reviews to staff and recognize achievements.
