Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year supervisory/leadership experience.
• 1+ year experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities for optimum shift logistics.
• Monitor KPI and performance, coach and mentor the team.
• Provide orientation for employees and Lead Hands; support performance appraisals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
