Kenco Group in Indiana seeks a Business Systems Analyst I to support hardware and software issues across the enterprise. You will diagnose problems, guide users through solutions, and help with data reporting and system improvements in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will learn and support company software, work with WMS/OMS systems, and collaborate with IT and operations to implement fixes, provide end-user training, and document procedures to improve service levels.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technology experience.
• Experience with WMS or OMS systems.
• SQL skills including DB2/MySQL preferred.
• FTP and API communication experience favored.
• SAP WMS experience preferred and TMS software knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Support hardware and software issues for end users.
• Diagnose problems and guide users through solutions.
• Provide end-user training as needed.
• Escalate complex issues and track resolutions.
• Document procedures and create workaround guides.
• Assist with reporting queries for operations.
• Maintain ticket logs and communicate updates.
