Kenco Logistics is seeking a Business Systems Analyst I to support hardware and software issues, provide end-user training, and help optimize company software solutions. The role requires collaboration across IT and business teams to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, documenting solutions, and contributing to reporting initiatives, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technology-related field.
• Technical experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Order Management System (OMS).
• SAP WMS experience preferred.
• Experience with SQL (DB2/MySQL).
• Experience with File Transfer Protocol and API communication preferred.
• XML and PHP/HTML experience helpful but not required.

Aufgaben

• Support hardware and software issues for end users and provide step-by-step resolutions.
• Escalate and resolve complex technical problems, including viruses and system crashes.
• Learn and support company-specific software solutions and ticketing processes.
• Document procedures and solutions for help desk issues and provide user training as needed.
• Assist with reporting solutions and data queries for operational management.
