Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Business Systems Analyst I to support hardware and software, troubleshoot end-user issues, and guide users through effective solutions. The role emphasizes hands-on IT support, software deployment, and system optimization across enterprise tools.

Ideal candidates will have WMS/OMS experience, SQL skills (DB2/MySQL), and exposure to FTP/API integrations, with PHP/HTML knowledge being a plus. Travel is rare and collaboration with IT and operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Order Management System (OMS).
• Experience with SAP WMS is preferred.
• SQL skills including DB2 or MySQL are preferred.
• Experience with FTP and API communications is preferred.
• XML, PHP and HTML knowledge are helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide escalated hardware and software issue resolution for all computer users.
• Diagnose problems, guide users through step-by-step solutions, and close tickets with follow-up support.
• Learn and support all company-specific software solutions and IT applications.
• Install, troubleshoot, and develop technical solutions for hardware and software issues.
• Escalate complex problems to appropriate internal resources and document solutions.
• Assist with reporting solutions and analytical queries for operational management.
