Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Business Systems Analyst I to support hardware and software issues across the organization. You will diagnose problems, guide users through solutions, and provide training as needed.

The role involves working with various software solutions, WMS/OMS, and data reporting to support operations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field and experience with WMS/OMS, SAP WMS, SQL, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Order Management System (OMS) is required.
• Experience with SAP WMS is preferred.
• SQL skills (beginning to moderate) with DB2 SQL or MySQL is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support hardware and software issues for all end users via diagnostic troubleshooting and step-by-step guidance.
• Provide escalated technical software and hardware problem resolution.
• Maintain daily data communication logs in the ticketing system.
• Read technical manuals and conduct diagnostics to resolve problems and educate users on system capabilities.
• Assist with reporting queries and tools for operational management.
