Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Technical experience with WMS or OMS is required.
• Experience using shipping software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support hardware and software issues for users.

• Document procedures for help desk issues.

Skills

Technical experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS)

SQL skillset (beginning to moderate)

Experience with PHP
