Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Applications Help Desk Support specialist to assist users with resolving questions and issues related to Kenco-developed software. You will troubleshoot problems, log calls, and escalate complex cases to developers as needed.

The role requires an IT/related degree or equivalent experience, familiarity with WMS, and strong SQL/data-analysis skills. Occasional on-call and overtime may be required as part of a 25% travel expectation.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in IT or equivalent experience required.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
• AS/400 experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support Kenco developed software solutions.
• Act as a technical resource assisting users to resolve problems with Kenco systems.
• Maintain a log of help desk calls and remedial actions.
• Read technical manuals, confer with users, and diagnose issues to provide assistance.
• Train users in proper use of software and tools.
• Propose process improvements to increase efficiency.
