Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Business Systems Analyst I to support hardware and software issues across the enterprise. You will escalate, diagnose, and resolve technical problems, while educating users on system capabilities and processes.

The role requires supporting WMS/OMS and related software, with opportunities to improve workflows and data reporting. Ideal candidates have foundational SQL skills, experience with PHP/HTML is a plus, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technology-related field.
• Technical experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Order Management System (OMS) required.
• Deposco WMS experience preferred.
• Beginning to moderate SQL skillset (DB2/MySQL preferred).
• Experience with PHP and HTML is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide escalated technical software and hardware problem resolution to all computer users by diagnosing issues and guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
• Learn and support all company-specific software solutions.
• Install, troubleshoot, and develop technical solutions for hardware and software issues.
• Resolve escalated issues related to operating systems updates, patches, and configuration changes.
• Document procedures and solutions for help desk issues and communicate solutions to users.
• Assist with reporting solutions and provide analytical queries for operational management.
• Support site intranet and perform basic computer and RF repairs and workstation integration.
