Job summary

RXO Inc. is seeking a Logistics Specialist to provide essential support including order entry, routing, and dispatching. You will coordinate traffic, monitor daily loads, and validate data with account managers.

This role offers growth opportunities within a dynamic North American network. The position requires at least 1 year in logistics and a基本 understanding of the transportation industry, with strong reporting and instruction-following abilities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of logistics experience.
• General knowledge of the transportation industry.
• Experience writing routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to understand written, verbal, or diagram instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer profile information and enter loads from customer tenders.
• Update account managers on problem loads and status for receivers and customers.
• Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries to ensure on-time arrival and good condition.
• Take driver check calls to ensure on-time delivery and verify load data for accounting.
• Investigate overages, shortages, damages and document appropriately.
• Schedule and reschedule delivery appointments for all loads as directed.
• Provide detailed directions to properly route drivers.
