Job summary

RXO Inc. is seeking a Specialist, Logistics to provide essential logistics support, including order entry, routing, and dispatching. You will monitor loads, communicate with account managers and customers, and ensure timely and intact deliveries across North America.

The role requires at least 1 year of logistics experience and a basic understanding of the transportation industry. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of logistics experience
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of transportation industry basics
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer profiles and enter loads from customer tenders
• Update account managers on problem loads and actions taken, notify receivers and customers on status
• Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries and verify loads arrive on time and in good condition
• Answer driver calls and ensure loads deliver on time; validate load data for accounting
• Investigate overages, shortages, damages and complete necessary documentation
• Schedule and adjust delivery appointments and route drivers as directed
• Provide clear routing instructions to drivers

Education
