RXO, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support order entry, routing and dispatching, and traffic coordination across North America. You will work with account managers to keep loads moving on time and in good condition.

Minimum requirements include 1 year of logistics experience and a high school diploma or equivalent, with opportunities to grow as RXO leverages cutting-edge technology in transportation solutions.

Qualifications

• 1 year of logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Enter loads from customer tenders and maintain customer profile information.
• Update account managers on problem loads and actions taken; notify receivers and customers of status.
• Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries; ensure loads arrive on time and in good condition.
• Take check calls from drivers and validate load data prior to delivery for accounting.
• Investigate overages, shortages, damages; complete required documentation.
• Schedule and reschedule delivery appointments; accept/decline loads per direction from account managers.
• Provide detailed directions to properly route drivers.
