Job summary

RXO is a leading provider of transportation solutions, offering a role as Logistics Specialist to support order entry, routing, dispatching, and traffic coordination across North America.

In this position you will maintain customer profiles, update managers on loads, monitor pickups, verify deliveries, and handle load data for accounting. Minimum 1 year of logistics experience required, with strong knowledge of the transportation industry encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1 year of logistics experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• General knowledge of the transportation industry
• Experience writing routine reports and correspondence

Responsibilities

• Enter loads from customer tenders and maintain profile information
• Update account managers on problem loads and actions taken, update receivers and customers on status
• Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries and verify on-time arrivals and good condition
• Take check calls from drivers and validate load data prior to marking loads delivered
