Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Experience in logistics, transportation, or operations coordination.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
Experience with inventory management, transportation systems, or ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate transportation logistics including deliveries, pickups, and transfers.
Schedule vehicles and manage transportation plans to meet needs.
Develop efficient transportation schedules while reducing costs.
Track inventory movements and support cycle counts.
Assist with equipment, fuel, and transfer coordination between locations.
Coordinate inter-company equipment transport and shipping documentation.
Process purchase orders, invoices, and cost allocations.
Maintain accurate records and update logistics systems.
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve scheduling or transportation challenges.
