The successful candidate will have 2+ years in transportation or freight brokerage, strong communication skills, and experience with dispatch or TMS software.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with dispatch or TMS software is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and track shipments to ensure on-time pick-up and delivery.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and drivers throughout the shipment lifecycle.
• Prepare shipment documentation and maintain accurate records in dispatch systems.
• Update load boards and secure reliable carrier partners.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and dispatchers.
• Troubleshoot delays or issues and provide timely solutions.
