Malin is looking for a Transportation Coordinator that will be responsible for all aspects of coordinating the delivery of these solutions to our valued customers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Manage Malin’s Cradle Team – Dispatch, Coordinate and track all cradle jobs for Malin’s Customers.
• Coordinate Customer Moves which includes working closely with salesmen/CCR/Other Raymond Dealers to quote, schedule and track moving customer owned equipment.
• Manage Malin’s Transportation Database for 7 branches (Shipping Log). This includes scheduling Malin Drivers and determining what should be outsourced via logistics broker.
• Obtain DOT permits for equipment transported over height limit (Malin Driver’s Only).
• Constant communication with warehouse personnel on incoming and outgoing freight.
• Assist other Logistics team members when necessary.
• Provides coordination for all transportation responsibilities including related administrative support so that internal and external customer needs are met timely and company business objectives are fulfilled.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience

• Associates degree in Business preferred, but not required.
• 1–3 years experience in Transportation and Logistics.

Special Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Solid organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
