Recent grads or professionals with 1–2 years of experience will be trained on LTL routing, carrier negotiation, and documentation, with the opportunity for long-term growth and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Recent grads or 1-2 years' experience; training provided.
• Proficient in Excel and able to communicate professionally.
• Thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and track shipments via LTL and common carriers.
• Coordinate trucking freight and ensure documentation is compliant.
• Align shipments with production schedules and negotiate carrier rates.
• Prepare customs documentation (Commercial Invoices, Bills of Lading, USMCA).
• Track shipments and communicate delays as needed.
• Train new hires in the shipping department when needed.
