Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation logistics including deliveries, pickups, and transfers.
• Schedule vehicles and manage transportation plans to meet needs.
• Develop efficient transportation schedules while reducing costs.
• Track inventory movements and support cycle counts.
• Assist with equipment, fuel, and transfer coordination between locations.
• Coordinate inter-company equipment transport and shipping documentation.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and cost allocations.
• Maintain accurate records and update logistics systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve scheduling or transportation challenges.
