KINGSGATE LOGISTICS is seeking experienced freight brokers for a fully remote, full-time W-2 role. The position offers a $60,000 base salary plus a 10% commission on gross profit and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cradle-to-grave freight brokerage experience.
• Previous experience successfully working in a remote environment.
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing shipper relationships.
• Strong understanding of carrier sourcing, pricing, negotiation, and load execution.
• Ability to independently manage the entire freight lifecycle.
• Proven ability to work with limited day-to-day supervision in a remote environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A track record of accountability for both sales and operational performance.
• 10% commission on gross profit.

Kingsgate Logistics is looking for experienced cradle-to-grave freight brokers who want the stability of a W-2 position today with the opportunity to build toward something bigger.

This is a 100% remote position designed for experienced brokers who know how to develop customer relationships, manage freight from quote through delivery, and grow a profitable book of business.

You'll receive a $60,000 base salary, 10% commission on gross profit, and a full employee benefits package while building and developing your business with Kingsgate.
