Kingsgate Logistics is seeking experienced cradle-to-grave freight brokers for a 100% remote, full-time W-2 role with a $60,000 base and 10% commission, plus benefits. You will develop shipper relationships, manage freight from quote to delivery, and grow a profitable book of business with a path to an independent agent program offering a 50% commission.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cradle-to-grave freight brokerage experience.
• Experience in a remote work environment.
• Proven ability to develop and manage shipper relationships.
• Strong understanding of carrier sourcing, pricing, negotiation, and load execution.
• Ability to independently manage the entire freight lifecycle.
• Proven ability to work with limited day-to-day supervision in a remote environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Track record of accountability for both sales and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and grow your own portfolio of shipper customers.
• Manage the complete cradle-to-grave brokerage process.
• Quote and price freight opportunities.
• Source, negotiate with, and manage carrier relationships.
• Coordinate load execution from tender through delivery.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers and carriers.
• Resolve service issues and protect customer relationships.
• Manage margins while growing sustainable gross profit.
• Build a diversified, recurring book of business.
