Qualifications

• Requires a college degree or two years of related routing/logistics experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
• Excellent collaboration across scheduling, routing, dispatch and customer service.
• Knowledge of Texas/LA geography within Doodie Calls' service areas is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize routes for drivers using ServiceCore and related tools.
• Manage emergency delivery requests and adjust routes as needed.
• Learn and understand our drivers, trucks and assets for effective resource allocation.
• Gain site- and client-specific knowledge to tailor services.
• Pull and analyze KPIs related to route timing and efficiency for weekly reviews.
• Address customer complaints in real time with the customer service team.
• Collaborate with scheduling, routing, dispatch and customer service to maintain daily operations.
• Ensure all daily tasks are completed by end of workday.
