Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. in Conroe, TX is seeking a Routing and Dispatch Coordinator to manage daily scheduling, routing, and dispatch of delivery drivers and service technicians across supported locations.

You will use route optimization software, collaborate with District Operations and Customer Experience teams, and serve as the expert on routing infrastructure and reporting dashboards. Qualifications include 3-5 years of experience in operations analysis, routing, logistics or dispatch; high

High School diploma required. Associate degree preferred.
3-5 years of experience in operations analysis, routing, logistics, technician scheduling, and/or dispatch.
Multi-location routing and scheduling experience preferred; Propane experience a plus; Supervisor or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Schedule, route, and dispatch delivery drivers and service technicians.
Use route optimization software to create efficient routes and schedules.
Collaborate with District Operations, Customer Experience teams, and regional leadership to meet operational metrics and customer service goals.
Serve as subject matter expert for routing infrastructure, scheduling optimization, and related reporting dashboards.
