Job description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Dispatcher to coordinate transportation operations, monitor deliveries, and ensure efficient movement of goods. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and experience managing drivers, routes, and shipment schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and dispatch drivers, vehicles, and equipment to meet customer delivery requirements.
Monitor shipment progress and provide real-time updates to customers and management.
Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules to maximize efficiency and reduce delays.
Communicate with drivers regarding route changes, traffic conditions, and customer requirements.
Track vehicles using GPS and transportation management systems.
Maintain accurate dispatch records, driver logs, and transportation documentation.
Resolve transportation issues, delays, and customer concerns promptly.
Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
Collaborate with warehouse personnel, customers, and transportation partners to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare reports on delivery performance, driver productivity, and operational metrics.

Qualifications
