Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a dispatcher to coordinate driver activities, ensure DOT compliance, and meet client commitments. Responsibilities include assigning cargo pickups and deliveries, maintaining shipment records, and updating dispatch databases.

The role requires basic data entry skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of related experience; 1 year of industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1–3 years related experience.
• Minimum 1 year of industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Client needs and commitments are met.
• Dispatch drivers and respond to Drivers calls.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
• Notify drivers of assignments and direct their activities to ensure cargo is picked up and delivered.
• Maintain information on shipments and ensures proper paperwork required.
• Update data base on all dispatched move.
• Other duties as assigned.
