Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Last Mile Solutions Manager to design and optimize high-volume e-commerce delivery solutions across markets. You’ll blend operations, analytics, and vendor management to improve speed, reliability, and cost of parcel delivery for merchants, creators, and customers.

Ideal candidates bring strong e-commerce logistics experience, proficiency with data dashboards, and a collaborative, fast-paced mindset to drive cross-functional initiatives and product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years in e-commerce logistics, parcel delivery, last-mile ops, or platform fulfillment.
• Strong understanding of parcel networks, delivery SLAs, and carrier performance management.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets and dashboards (Tableau/Power BI/Looker). Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal teams and external carriers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Fulfillment Center, MM, SC, and LM teams to align operational plans and execute end-to-end.
• Support carrier onboarding by defining routing entry criteria and integration requirements.
• Partner with Strategy, Business Analytics, and Operations on volume forecasting and capacity planning.
• Support product launches and peak events by proactively planning delivery capacity.
• Coordinate with merchant operations, fulfillment centers, customer service, product, and engineering teams to improve processes and customer experience.
• Support CBT logistics initiatives and related projects to ensure successful implementation.
