Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in New Albany, OH seeks a Network Carrier Coordinator to manage 4th party relationships with Network Carriers to ensure SOP compliance, delivery performance, properly timed billing, and overall customer satisfaction.

The Network Carrier Coordinator will schedule orders, handle Returns Authorizations, monitor carrier performance, and provide backup support to the Operations Supervisor, while maintaining clear communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One (1) year or more years related experience required.
• Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax them to Network Carriers
• Research and update orders on RTBS report and coordinate with Network Carriers to schedule
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs) and related RA tasks
• Manage the Open RA report (monthly)
• Research orders on the Over 50 report and confirm delivery with POD or follow-up
• Respond to pending invoice questions from the Network Carrier Invoicing Team
• Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for scheduled orders
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks
• Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email
• Performs other duties as assigned.
