Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year or more related experience required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax them to Network Carriers.
• Research and update orders on RTBS and schedule with Network Carriers.
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs) and related items for all locations.
• Manage the Open RA report (monthly).
• Research orders on the Over 50 report to verify delivery and aid invoicing.
• Respond to pending invoice questions from the Invoicing Team.
• Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for scheduled orders.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks.
• Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email.
