Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax them to Network Carriers.
• Research and update orders on RTBS; schedule with Network Carriers.
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs) for all locations.
• Manage the Open RA report (monthly).
• Research orders on the Over 50 report; obtain POD or follow up with customer to confirm delivery and invoice client.
• Respond to pending invoice questions from Network Carrier Invoicing Team.
• Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for scheduled orders.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks.
• Serve as backup for supervisor’s phone and email.
