Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in New Albany, OH is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage 4th party relationships with Network Carriers, ensuring SOP compliance, on-time delivery, and accurate billing. The role supports invoice inquiries and daily operations within the Supply Chain Solutions division.

You will print delivery tickets, update RTBS orders, process RAs, manage monthly RA and Over 50 reports, and assist in return-truck planning. Backup coverage for calls and emails is also required.

Qualifications

• Operations background in logistics/transportation is desired.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Ability to build professional relationships and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets and forward to Network Carriers.
• Update orders on RTBS and coordinate with Carriers for scheduling.
• Process and track Returns Authorizations (RAs) and related items.
• Manage the Open RA report on a monthly basis.
• Investigate orders on the Over 50 report and confirm delivery status.
• Respond to invoice questions from the Network Carrier Invoicing Team.
• Validate complete dates in iDirect for scheduled orders.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks.
• Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email.
