Ryder System, Inc. in New Albany, OH is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage 4th party relationships with Network Carriers and ensure SOP compliance, delivery performance, and accurate billing.

You will print delivery tickets, update RTBS, process RAs, manage the Open RA report, handle inquiries, and support the Operations Supervisor. This role provides benefits and growth opportunities within a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One (1) year or more years related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax to Network Carriers.
• Research and update orders on RTBS report and coordinate scheduling with Network Carriers.
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs) and related items for all locations.
• Manage the Open RA report monthly.
• Investigate orders on the Over 50 report to verify delivery and enable invoicing.
• Respond to pending invoice questions from the Network Carrier Invoicing Team.
• Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for scheduled orders.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks.
• Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email.
