Ryder System, Inc. is hiring an Operations Coordinator in New Albany, OH to manage 4th party relationships with Network Carriers, ensure SOP compliance, delivery performance, and accurate invoicing.

The role focuses on coordinating orders, RAs, and carrier communications to keep shipments moving smoothly. The position requires an operations background in logistics/transportation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build professional relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One (1) year or more years related experience required.

Responsabilités

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax to Network Carriers.
• Research and update orders on RTBS report; work with Network Carriers to schedule.
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs) for all locations.
• Manage the Open RA report (monthly).
• Research orders on the Over 50 report and verify delivery with POD or follow-up.
• Respond to pending invoice questions from Network Carrier Invoicing Team.
• Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for orders with scheduled date.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks.
• Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email.
