Responsibilities

Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax to Network Carriers.
Research and update orders on RTBS report and schedule with Network Carriers.
Process Return Authorizations (RAs) for all locations.
Manage the Open RA report monthly.
Research orders on the Over 50 report and follow up with customers to confirm delivery.
