Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Operations Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations, KPI achievement, inventory integrity, and staff development in a fast-paced distribution center.

You will manage budgets, analyze throughput and capacity, implement improvements, and collaborate with safety, HR, and engineering to drive productivity and cost control. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from a four-year college or university required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or related field.
• Minimum of three years leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations to meet KPI targets.
• Ensure inventory integrity and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Budgeting and financial oversight for assigned areas.
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports; manage staffing and workload.
• Collaborate with safety, HR, and engineering on productivity programs.
• Analyze throughput, capacity planning, and financial reports for optimization.
