Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Director of Logistic Operations to guide regional site performance and strengthen client relationships. You will analyze operations, drive value-added services, and set long-range plans to maximize efficiency and profitability while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Travel is significant, and you will lead cross-functional teams, develop strategic programs, and coach staff to deliver excellence across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business management, logistics, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma and/or Supply Chain certification or training preferred.
• Strong leadership, customer relationship, and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the network vision in alignment with site GMs and company principles.
• Identify opportunities to maximize revenue and margins with clients through value-added services.
• Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews, presenting performance and challenges.
• Oversee day-to-day site performance against KPIs and introduce new measures.
• Meet with General Managers monthly to maintain operations visibility.
• Drive safety initiatives across the network to reduce risk.
• Build and review customer profiles, opportunities, and contracts for improvements.
• Present complete proposals and value solutions aligned with customer objectives.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and training to employees through L&D collaboration.
• Implement new programs cross-functionally and use Lean Six Sigma for efficiency.
• Visit sites regularly to maintain management presence and uphold Kenco principles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
