You will ensure workflows, safety procedures, and SOPs are followed to meet daily targets and KPIs, while training and monitoring work quality. You will collaborate with supervisors to allocate labor, resolve routine issues, and support operational continuity on site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
• Experience leading frontline employees and coordinating shift activities.

Responsabilités

• Schedule ocean and domestic shipments.
• Direct daily work activities for the assigned team.
• Assist the Operations Supervisor with volume, labor and workload planning.
