Job summary

NXTPoint Logistics in Florida seeks an Operations Support role to assist the Operations Manager in the day-to-day execution of the location, including staffing, customer relations, performance, and direction of the operation.

You will work with vendors, recruit staff, monitor KPIs, ensure policy compliance, and contribute to budget planning while maintaining safety and quality standards across our warehousing and distribution activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred in Business or Logistics.
• Minimum 2 years in transportation or logistics; dispatch experience preferred.
• Valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support Operations Manager in execution and performance of location operations.
• Assist in recruiting and developing staff and independent contractors.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and budget goals.
• Coordinate vendor and service provider negotiations to secure best value.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive process improvements.
• Maintain relationships with customers and communicate performance results.
