Job summary

NXTPoint Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient handling of goods from receipt to dispatch. You will oversee loading, unloading, inventory accuracy and order fulfillment while guiding a team of material handlers and coordinating with transportation partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years related experience.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business documentation and reports.
• Strong mathematical, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping.
• Supervise and train Material Handlers / temporary staff as assigned.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and scheduling with carriers.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and security of goods.
