Job summary

NXTPoint Logistics is seeking a Director of Operations to translate the Home Delivery operating strategy into consistent field execution across multiple markets. You will lead, coach and mentor dispersed site leaders and partner with cross-functional teams to improve profitability, safety, and service quality.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, performance discipline, and scalable growth while maintaining an emphasis on contractor relationships and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field and 8+ years in transportation/logistics leadership.
• Experience with independent contractor delivery networks and final-mile operations.
• Strong financial stewardship with P&L responsibility and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution across Home Delivery markets, including warehouse, routing, dispatch, delivery, installation and returns.
• Own operational and financial results including budgets, labor, contractor costs, and profit improvement.
• Establish KPI-based performance reviews and drive continuous improvement and profitability.
