Job summary

NXTPoint Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment. You will supervise a team, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires coordinating with carriers for inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory integrity, and producing timely reports. Strong leadership and OSHA-aware practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum three years related experience in warehousing or distribution.
• Experience operating forklifts and lifting equipment with safety compliance.
• Familiarity with inventory control, packing, shipping, receiving and cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment safely per OSHA standards.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and support scheduling with carriers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and weekly production metrics.
• Prepare product for shipment and assist in physical inventories.
