NXTPoint Logistics seeks an Operations Support professional to assist the Operations Manager with the end‑to‑end execution of daily activities at a specific location. You will help with staffing, customer relations, performance, and overall operation direction.

Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, driving process improvements, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Four-year college degree in Business, Supply Chain Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the transportation, logistics, or related industry required.
• Experience working in a dispatch role strongly preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Operations Manager in overall execution and performance of the operation at a specific location.
• Staffing, customer relations, performance, and direction of the operation.
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and staffing plans.
• Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate with Vendors, Contractors and Service Providers to ensure value and service standards.
