Job summary

NXTPoint Logistics seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities across shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment. This role ensures safe, efficient operations and strong service for assigned accounts, coordinating inbound/outbound shipments and billing.

You will work with forklift operation and maintain accurate records, drive improvement, and uphold OSHA standards in a climate-controlled environment with onsite cafeteria and fitness center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified license of powered material handling equipment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all warehouse activities on a daily basis to meet service and cost objectives.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and billing documents for assigned accounts.
• Operate forklift and other equipment safely and efficiently per OSHA standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure space optimization using FIFO.
• Ensure inbound/outbound paperwork is accurate and complete.
