Job summary

FedEx Freight is seeking a hybrid role-based specialist who will coordinate multi-divisional inquiries, dispatch and account management to deliver a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced environment. You will monitor shipments, ensure compliance with TSA, HazMat, DOT and related regulations, and work with internal and external fleet resources.

You will interact with customers and vendors to negotiate solutions, manage schedules, and provide timely status updates while adapting to changing

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 0-1 years customer service, operations or sales experience
• Must be flexible to work in an extremely fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Process inquiries from customer phone, email and bid board while following TSA, HazMat, International and DOT regulations.
• Provide proactive shipment status updates and escalate when necessary.
• Locate and secure trucks from internal or external fleets and dispatch shipments.
• Perform other duties as assigned
