Responsibilities

• Monitor daily facility metrics and address performance issues with BC/AOs.
• Coordinate load plan changes with ICs/ISPs and update Vision/VRP systems.
• Investigate customer service complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Escalate unresolved issues to management.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance records and ensure DOT compliance.
• Dispatch linehaul equipment and update dispatch events in the system.
• Investigate delays and implement contingency plans for on-time delivery.
