Job summary

Boyle Transportation Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to work with Customers, Operations, and Drivers to guide shipments from acceptance through delivery. You will assist both customers and drivers to ensure a positive experience.

The role emphasizes coordinating documentation, scheduling, and communication across teams, with focus on compliance and efficiency in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in Transportation and Logistics Management.
• 3–5 years of military and/or transportation experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain Department of Defense Security Clearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with FMCSA Hours of Service guidelines recommended.

Responsibilities

• Accepts customer requirements and documents shipments for review.
• Schedules and dispatches professional teams.
• Coordinates shipments with customers from start to finish.
• Navigate drivers through procedures at facilities and during incidents.
• Coordinate cross-border shipments with brokers as needed.
• Maintain coverage by scheduling driver time off and available days.
• Address business needs during designated hours and answer calls.
