Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is hiring for an Operations Support Coordinator to assist warehouse floor operations. You will coordinate all incoming and outgoing trucks and ensure proper documentation is prepared.

You will be the primary contact for drivers and carriers and support waving and document handling as needed. The role requires strong communication, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment, with duties including scheduling, BOL management, reporting, and order

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months experience in a customer service, client-facing, or clerical role preferred.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and schedule using TMS.
• Communicate with drivers and clients professionally via phone and email.
• Manage Bills of Lading and carrier documentation.
• Serve as liaison between drivers and Saddle Creek personnel on shipments.
