Construction Resources is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily warehouse logistics, order preparation, and timely shipments. This role supports inventory control, documentation, and cross-team coordination under the Warehouse Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include DOT-compliant loading, documentation generation, and routing via Stone Profits, with forklift operation capabilities and a focus on safety and accuracy in a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree in logistics, business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years in shipping/logistics, preferably in tile or stone industry environments.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and logistics software (e.g., Stone Profits).
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate team members; familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory systems, and safety protocols.
• Certified forklift operator (or ability to obtain certification).

Aufgaben

• Coordinate daily warehouse logistics and shipping activities under the Warehouse Ops Manager.
• Monitor order preparation, packing, and shipping for efficiency and accuracy.
• Organize truck loading operations and verify DOT compliance; assist with forklifts and hoists when needed.
• Generate and manage documentation for outgoing shipments (pick tickets, invoices, shipping labels).
• Address shipping discrepancies by coordinating with the sales team to resolve issues.
• Verify merchandise release after payment terms are confirmed with Accounts Receivable.
• Plan and route deliveries using Stone Profits software; assist with inter-location transfers.
• Support receiving and staging in Tile and Slab areas; assist Sales with customer service tasks.
• Monitor warehouse supply inventory and coordinate orders for pallets and packing materials.
• Promote safety and coordinate regular safety meetings; ensure regulatory compliance.
